  • I have a base price list available. Pricing custom cakes can vary depending on the design, flavours and add-ons so this makes it to hard to offer a one price fits all

    I do offer a range of cakes with capped pricing in my online store, however these have limited design choices.

  • Due to the small size of the kitchen I use I can’t offer 100% allergy free foods. All foods are made and cooked with the same equipment and oven. I am always happy to make something without an allergen and follow a strict wash and sanitise routine but there may still be traces of it.

  • To secure your order and the date you would like a 50% deposit is required. Deposits can be refunded if you cancel your order before 7 days of the due date.

    If you order one of our items through our online store your date isn't secured until we have made contact with you.

    If for some reason your event is postponed due to illness then please let me know asap as we will generally try to cater to this and move your order to the new date.

  • All cakes and cupcakes should be stored in the fridge. If your items have edible images or fondant and you will need to store your cake over night please reach out first as storing them in the fridge can cause bleeding and for the fondant to soften.

    It is recommended to remove the cake/cupcakes from the fridge  1 hour before serving to let them soften to room temp.

    Sugar cookies should be stored in an air tight container or heat sealed in their bag and stored in a dark cupboard away from direct heat or sun.

    All foods are recommended to be stored as per the instructions above or given to you on pick up as the quality and the appearance of the cake can change from Improper storage.

  • We have the option of pick up or delivery (costs do apply). Pick up is located in Winter Valley VIC. Collection times will be organised during your order consultation or via email/text. Most collection times will be within the 10.30am - 6pm time frame.

    We do recommended that if you choose to pick up them please ensure that you have space on the floor of your front passenger seat as this is the best place to transport you items.

    Delivery is available and costs vary depending on the location. Delivery is recommended for large cakes and more complicated designs to ensure that that your order arrives in one piece.

    Delivery within 10kms of Winter Valley is free,

  • Serving size recommendations are
    Coffee portion ~ 1" x 1" (2.5 x 2.5 cms)
    Dessert potion ~ 1" x 2" (2.5 x 5 cms)

    Picking a serving sizes allow us to give an accurate quote and cake size for your needs.

  • Deposits used to secure your date are refundable until 7 days before your pick up date. If for some reason you need to cancel within those 7 days then it is not refundable. If you need to cancel or change the date of your event due to illness or emergencies then we will try to cater to your events new date but please just reach out to us.

    Refunds are not available to items that get damaged once picked up. This includes incorrect storage, damage during you trip home or other events like that.
    We do offer refunds for faulty items.

  • Yes we are fully registered with the council and hold an insurance policy.
